We've tried to keep things as simple as possible when it comes to copyrights and privacy. However, there are still a couple of things we should probably point out.
A Word About Copyright
When you've paid for your order in full, you're granted all copyrights to the icons we've created for you. However, you agree to grant us permission to indefinitely display the work as part of our portfolio (either for DesignMagus.com or in the portfolios of the individual(s) designing your icons), and in any promotional materials we produce for the site.
Portfolios & NDA's
We respect your privacy. If your project requires us to sign an NDA or you would like us to withold the display of icons in our gallery until your project goes public, we're happy to oblidge. Just let us know when you place your order.
Our Free Icons
Occasionally, we provide free icons that you're welcome to download and use in your project, be it personal or professional. You can even use them in products you plan to sell or otherwise distribute, so long as you credit us for the icon creation. All we ask is that you don't claim them as your own creation or try to sell them independantly of the project or product you're creating.
