Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How long does it take to get my icon(s)?
Usually, we'll have a comp ready for you to review within one business day. However, if you're ordering a large number of icons, it may take 2 or 3. We'll let you know if that's the case. Once you get your comp, you'll have a chance to review it and make comments. We'll do revisions as-needed and deliver the final product as soon as you give the OK.
Q. What size will my icons be?
We'll send you your icon in the following sizes: 96x96, 64x64, 32x32, and 16x16 pixels. If you need larger or smaller icons, please let us know when you order. Please note that, depending on your project, larger icons may require additional time and may therefore be more expensive. We'll let you know if this is the case.
Q. Hey! I placed an order and I haven't heard or seen anything from you. What gives?
Did you complete your order by making your deposit via PayPal? If not, then there's your answer. Our ordering system doesn't store or send orders that are incomplete. If you did, then please e-mail us! We've never actually lost an order, but we're only human.
Q. Can you design my logo/banner/template/other graphic?
Sure! But not for $9. You're welcome to e-mail us and request a quote, though.
Q. What if it just doesn't work out?
Sometimes, ideas and styles just don't match, no matter how much we'd like them to. This is rare, but if it does happen, you're welcome to request a refund within 30 days, provided you haven't signed off on and received the final icon(s). You'll get everything back, minus any funds transfer fees, and we'll keep the icons and all rights to them, which means we reserve the right to use them in part, or in whole later. If you don't want us doing that, then we'll keep the 50% deposit as payment for work done (because you're taking away our ability to profit from time we've spent working) and you're not obligated to pay the remaining balance. Please note, this does not give you rights to the work, it just means we won't re-use it in any way.
